Submit your GPS

One of the biggest questions that came up with COVID-19 that kept popping up was: How do we keep the rowing community involved. Even after we had launched our Homerace system, we still saw that people wanted to be able to do more as indoor rowing is not everyone's favorite. As countries slowly reduced restrictions for on-water rowing, we saw more and more athletes going on the water and enjoying the rush of water beneath their boats. Unfortunately, almost all on-water races were still not held. To provide your regatta with a great alternative, we’ve developed a brand new system that is able to process GPS data.

We create a custom map results display to showcase submitted GPS scores for your event. Found at rowingtracker.com, users can see regatta based length pieces submitted from rowers on their own rowing course or any other. Filter results by category, or dive into a specific geographic area to see who has submitted a piece and what course they took.

The on-water piece can be easily recorded using a smartphone, GPS watch, or NK SpeedCoach with LiveLink. To submit your time, export your performance file (.GPX, .FIT, or .TCX) from the software and upload it to the website via a link sent by us after registering. Just make sure to row at least the distance of the event you entered and our system will automatically extract the fastest time from your piece and rank you in the event.

Want to do a GPS scoring event? We are able to supply you with a system that is fully integrated with our Web-based Regatta Management platform. Our regatta managers will provide support for any technical queries during the whole submission period and help you with the regatta system.
